Associate Attorney
Will Hall grew up in Brewton, Alabama, where his family instilled in him the importance of hard work and respect for others. From an early age, Will expressed interests in law, politics and government, which ultimately led to his chosing to go into the legal profession.
Will has been with McMillan Associates since 2017, working as a law clerk before becoming an Associate Attorney in 2019. In addition to working alongside George McMillan, Jr. in conducting mediations, Will’s concentrated areas of practice include small business formation, consultation and contract drafting; wills, trusts and estates; and non-profit fundraising and grant applications.
Will earned his J.D. from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law, graduating in 2019. During his time at Cumberland, Will served as a Judge Abraham Caruthers Fellow and was elected Vice President of his class.
Prior to attending law school, Will earned his B.S. in Business and Masters in Marketing from The University of Alabama.
In his free time, Will enjoys spending time with friends and family, Alabama Crimson Tide football, hunting, and any activity that involves being on the water.
